- Is Revomax leak-proof?
The Revomax lid system is guaranteed to be 100% leak-proof and spill-proof because it is threadless and features a triple lock and double seal. The innovative lid system is binary with only two consistent states: open or closed. There is no in-between that could cause a spill or leak. With the triple locking lid and double seal, your beverage stays exactly where it should.
- How long will Revomax keep hot or cold?
Revomax vacuum insulated flask has eight layers of temperature lock which can keep warm for up to 18 hours and stay cold beverages cool for up to 36 hours with a 100% leak-proof seal. Do take note that it might be varies dependant on environment.
- Is Revomax bottle suitable for kids use?
The bottle can be opened and closed easily whether you are 4 years old or 94 years old. We have received reviews from parents who have children as young as 3 years old able to independently open/close their bottle!
- Is the lid difficult to open? Can it really be open & close with one hand?
Absolutely effortless! The unique design enables the bottle to be opened with just three fingers. A simple press of the locking buttons will open the bottle and quick lock with one finger pull.
- How to clean Revomax flask bottle & lid?
Revomax lid is designed to be easy disassemble and reassemble for cleaning! We recommend washing the bottle & lid with a brush and giving them a good rinse to remove any soap residue.
- Is Revomax dishwasher safe?
All parts of the Revomax lid and Borosilicate glass bottle are dishwasher safe. We do not recommend putting the Revomax flask in the dishwasher, as it is possible that some heat cycles may compromise the vacuum insulation.

WARRANTY
- How long is the warranty period?
Revomax offers a 10 years warranty for bottle body & one year warranty for the lid if the bottle is proved to be defective by reason of faulty workmanship for products sold via Revomax Malaysia website. Kindly email us if you need any assist on warranty claim.
- What should I do if I received a defective product?
Please email us within 72 hours with pictures or video illustrating the defect upon receiving your order. We will process a replacement for you after verification. Anything past 72 hours will be subjected to the terms & conditions of our manufacturer’s warranty.
